5) Relieves aches and soreness

Body balance—when something is askew in our bodies, the endocannaboids BIND with unique endocannaboid receptors, hence, CBD directly affects unrelated receptors responsible for emotional and physical health. The fusion causes this reaction. This two-punch process and rare binding properties make CBD a true master at maintaining homeostasis, when defined, simply means all body systems are functioning parallel to their design.
In regard to safety (in taking CBD) we must always inquire of any supplements, medication or food as to whether they are completely safe. Even the World Health Organization has gone on record stating that CBD is “well-tolerated.” To date, no one has become sick or addicted to CBD. There have been countless studies done to support the safeness and efficacy of the CBD products. The side effects are quite rare and amount to minor discomfort that wears off, shortly. The key is to start it incrementally—go slow. When the body isn’t used to a given substance, no matter how good or pure it may be, the body fights back with side effects such as dizziness, lowered BP, or nausea. The way to avoid this is to begin incrementally, work up to a regular dosage. Even the CBD that is considered broad spectrum only contains 0.3 THC and no one can even get close to being “high” on that! It is such an innocuous amount. You could take it daily as supplementation for overall general health and tumor inhibitors.
CBD serves as a natural sedative and we all could use this! It matters not how physically healthy we are, initially, but the day-to-day grind dealing with not yearly, but hourly changes in our world affects our mental state putting us at risk for mega anxiety, stress and, sooner or later, depression. The endocannaboid system keeps us stable, manages the mood and stress reactions. CBD bonds with the endocannaboid receptors as well as many other mood related pathways to stabilize our emotions, which will ultimately strengthen our immune response. A 2014 study published in U.S. National Library of Medicine noticed how CBD activates Serotonin receptors in large doses!
CBD promotes better sleep. Many wonder why they become tired early in the day after getting eight hours of sleep. This doesn’t mean that your brain is sustaining proper rest each night if your sleep quality is “off.” Though studies have been conducted, we still don’t know “how or why” CBD improves sleep quality, only that it DOES, according to The American Sleep Association citing several studies involving participants with insomnia and other disruptive sleep conditions. It stands to reason, by fixing the sleep issue, we will enjoy a boost in productivity, energy focus and mental clarity.
We will elaborate on four reasons to use CBD products in Part 2 next week.
