Doggie Easter egg hunt raises money for Humane Society

Branson Parks and Recreation held an Easter event that was fun for both pets and their parents.

Despite the rainy weather, dozens of dogs, along with their people, attended the annual Doggie Easter Egg Hunt at Stockstill Park.

Dogs hunted for Easter Eggs—some filled with treats and others containing slips of paper to be exchanged for one of several exciting gifts.

More than $300 was raised for the Branson Humane Society during the event.

The Branson Humane Society expressed their gratitude to Branson Parks and Recreation for their hard work in making sure the annual event was a success.
