Elevate Community welcomes more residents
A recent ribbon cutting event celebrated the addition of several new houses to Elevate Community, adjacent to the Elevate Branson campus. Elevate Community expanded when 16 more residents moved in last week.
Elevate Community residents, volunteers, friends and community leaders gathered for a special event to welcome the residents of the 16 new homes to the neighborhood. It was a dream come true for the new residents to receive keys to a brand new home.
The new homes bring Elevate Community to a new total of 24 homes, out of a planned 70 to be placed, giving front line workers, seniors and veterans safe and affordable housing, and a true sense of belonging. The community was planned and designed to help fill the need for housing in the Branson area.
Each one-bedroom home is furnished, and spans 400 square feet, with an open living area/dining room/kitchen. The community sits on five acres, and will eventually include a chapel along with some microbusinesses to help provide residents with on-the-job training.
Sponsorships are available for the pre-fabricated homes, ranging from $2,500 for the Home Essentials Package to $45,000 for a Tiny Home Sponsorship. For more information on Elevate Community or becoming a sponsor, visit their website at elevatebranson.org/elevate-community .
