Memorial golf tournament this Sunday

The second annual Mickey Gilley Memorial Golf Tournament is set for Sunday.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Branson Humane Society and the Taney County Animal Control, two causes that were always a favorite of the late entertainer.

The event is set for Sunday, April 27, at the Thousand Hills Golf Course, 245 South Wildwood in Branson. Tee time is 1:30 pm, with a shotgun start.
