Make your plans now to take part in the annual Mickey Gilley Memorial Golf Tournament, set for April 26.
This is an exciting event held in honor of music legend Mickey Gilley and his commitment to helping homeless animals in our community. It will be an unforgettable day filled with golf, great food and fabulous prizes.
There is still plenty of time to join in the fun by getting a team together for a great day of golf. Registration is open until April 14. Sponsors are also needed to make this fundraiser a tremendous success.
The Third Annual Mickey Gilley Memorial Golf Tournament is slated for Sunday, April 26, and benefits both the Taney County Animal Control and Branson Humane Society. The event gets underway at 1:30 p.m. at the Thousand Hills Golf Course on Branson's Wildwood Drive. Lunch is provided, and an online and silent auction will be held.
For more information on participating in the golf tournament or sponsoring the worthwhile event, visit their Facebook page, "Mickey Gilley Memorial Golf Tournament."
