Golf for a great cause with the Veterans of the Ozarks

The Veterans of the Ozarks are excited to host the group’s 11th Annual Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Holiday Hills Golf Course. The 4-person scramble format will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. 

Cost per foursome is $440, and the tournament is open to all players regardless of skill level. It doesn’t hurt to polish up those skills, though, for a chance at prizes of $400/$300/$200 for the first three places in each flight; or there’s a $1,000 Hole-in-One prize for someone having a really great day on the course! 

Proceeds from the event help fund the valuable mission of the Veterans of the Ozarks as they serve other veterans in need, connect veterans with fellowship and resources, and provide Honor Guard services for memorials and special events. 

Title sponsors include Modern Woodmen Fraternal Finance and Marvin and Marilyn Bucholz. Hole sponsorships are available at several levels: 

• Bogey, $75 includes one-half sign space;

• Par, $150 includes full sign space; 

• Birdie, $1,000 includes full sign space plus one foursome; 

• Eagle, $2,500 full sign space plus two foursomes, name and logo displayed at the tournament.
