Food and toy drive helps many

The staff of the Branson Globe sends a huge thank you to all who made our 2025 Food and Toy Drive such a tremendous success!

Due to the kind-hearted generosity of our friends and neighbors, we were able to make four sizable deliveries of groceries, hygiene items and cleaning supplies to our friends at Christian Action Ministries, for distribution through their food pantry.

A large assortment of toys, puzzles, games, books, stuffed animals and stocking stuffers were given to the Salvation Army for use in their annual Toy Store event, providing Christmas gifts for children in need in our community.

Last-minute donations of nonperishable food, picked up on December 23, were used to stock area Blessings Boxes to help feed our neighbors in need. Last-minute donations of toys and stocking stuffers were used to provide holiday gifts for area children who would otherwise have little to nothing on Christmas morning. At least 13 more children found gifts under the tree on Christmas Day, due to your kindness.

An extra-special thank you to The Flagstore, The World's Largest Toy Museum and Motel 6, who, along with the Branson Globe, served as drop-off sites for toys and groceries during November and December. Your continued help and dedication each Christmas season are greatly appreciated. We can't thank you enough and certainly couldn't do it without you.

Once again, thank you, Branson Globe readers, for making the holidays brighter for many of our neighbors. We appreciate you all and wish you an amazing 2026.
