Autumn Daze in new location this weekend

An annual fall tradition continues in Branson this weekend—in a new location.

Autumn Daze, the beloved Arts, Crafts and Music Festival traditionally held in downtown Branson will relocate this year, due to the ongoing work on the streetscape project. The downtown beautification is set to be completed in October of this year.

The 52nd Annual Autumn Daze Festival will be held this year at the Columns Concert and Event Center, located on the west end of the famous 76 Country Boulevard.

Autumn Daze, which has been a mainstay in downtown Branson for all of its 51 years, is one of the area's largest autumn events, bringing in thousands of attendees and near 100 vendors each fall. The festival features a variety of arts and crafts on display, working craftsmen, live music and entertainment each day, food trucks and more.

This year's Autumn Fest, to be held this weekend, will include a POW/MIA Recognition Ceremony, set for Friday at 10 a.m. Those in attendance will also enjoy a karaoke contest, community booths, a kids’ zone, and both indoor and outdoor shopping.

Sponsored by the Downtown Branson Betterment Association, the Autumn Daze Festival gets underway at 9 a.m. on Thursday, and continues until 6 p.m. both Thursday and Friday, September 18 and 19. Hours on Saturday, September 20 are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Columns Concert and Event Center is located at 3750 West 76 Country Boulevard.
