A few more chances to visit Thunder Ridge this year

A series of concerts wrapped up the month of August at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena, Branson's newest and most unique performance venue.

 

This year a wide variety of performers have graced the stage at Thunder Ridge, including Post Malone and Jelly Roll, Hozier, Creed, Hank Williams Jr, Cody Johnson, Alabama, Live and Collective Soul and many others, The Johnny Morris property has brought in fans from around the state and throughout the region.  Those visitors have enjoyed not just Thunder Ridge but many have spent time in nearby Branson, as well, seeking lodging, dining and entertainment options.

 

The Labor Day weekend brought a wide array of talent to the spectacular venue. On Friday night two rock bands—Breaking Benjamin and Three Days Grace wowed the audience. Saturday brought the Turnpike Troubadours and Treaty Oak Revival to the arena. The Turnpike Troubadours, widely recognized as a country group, mixes folk, cajun, bluegrass and rock into their sound. Treaty Oak Revival is best known for their red-dirt country music. Wrapping up the weekend, country great Tim McGraw performed to a packed house of ecstatic fans.

 

There are still a couple of opportunities to catch a show at Thunder Ridge this year. On Friday, September 5, The Doobie Brothers and the Coral Reefer Band are headed to Ridgedale, with what is destined to be another outstanding show.  The Light the Way Christian Music Festival will be held at Thunder Ridge on Friday and Saturday, September 12 and 13, to wrap up the 2025 season. The festival features Tauren Wells, Need to Breathe and many other inspirational artists.
