Advance care planning: It’s about the conversation
Join Cox Medical Center Branson for a free monthly workshop focused on advance care planning and making your health care wishes known. Participants will learn about advance directives, reflect on personal values and goals, and discuss future health care choices. Following the presentation, attendees may schedule a one-on-one appointment with a facilitator for help completing an advance directive. Workshops are held on the first Thursday of each month from 2-3:30 p.m. in C
