Simkins named as Senior Vice President of Branson Bank

Branson Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Simkins to Senior Vice President, Community Bank Lender.

 

As SVP and Community Bank Lender, Simkins will continue to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Branson West, Branson Bank location, while helping customers identify, apply and fulfill consumer and commercial loan products. He also leads the bank’s business development efforts and plays an instrumental role in the bank’s overall strategic initiatives set forth by the board of directors.

“We are excited to recognize Eric’s dedication to Branson Bank with this well-deserved promotion to Senior Vice President,” said Greg Baker, Executive Vice President. “Eric consistently puts his customers first, finding creative ways to support their goals. His persistence and genuine care make him a valuable relationship for anyone working toward personal goals or business growth.”

 

Simkins received a degree from the College of the Ozarks in 2002. Thereafter, he joined Branson Bank as a Consumer Lender. After three years in banking, he ventured into self-employment and opened his own American Family Insurance Agency in Kimberling City where he managed a successful operation for over 16 years. In 2022, he returned to Branson Bank and oversaw the transition of lending center into full-service bank; relocating into a newly built facility located at 17035 St. Hwy. 13 in Branson West.

 

Most recently in 2024, Simkins completed Graduate School of Banking through the University of Wisconsin.

Highly involved in the Stone County community, Simkins participates in numerous civic organizations, including the Rotary Club of Table Rock Lake, Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce, Kimberling City Elks Lodge 2505, Our Lady of the Cove Catholic Church in Kimberling City and serves as a board member for the Boys & Girls Club of the Ozarks. He enjoys hiking, boating and following the St. Louis Cardinals. He resides in Kimberling City, is married to Adria, and they have three children.
