Lake Taneycomo Elks to host lunch for veterans

Lake Taneycomo Elks Lodge members are proud to honor area veterans and their families with a Veterans Lunch on Sunday, July 19. The festivities get underway at 12 noon, with hot dogs, burgers and ice cream FREE to veterans and just $5 for spouses, with a $20 maximum charge for a family. 

Lake Taneycomo Elks Lodge is located at 12951 U.S. Hwy. 160, Forsyth. To assist in planning for the event, please RSVP to 417-546-2597 by July 12. 

The Elks are also sponsoring/hosting a blood drive in cooperation with the Red Cross on Wednesday, July 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. During summer travel and vacation season, needs are typically high.
