Brashears Furniture is partnering with two local humane societies to host in-store adoption events aimed at helping pets find forever homes—and giving back to the communities that have supported them for generations.
On Friday, August 23, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Brashears will welcome guests to both its Branson and Berryville locations to meet adoptable pets, connect with local shelters, and potentially leave with a new furry friend.
To support the effort, Brashears will cover adoption fees or match donations up to $500 per location during the event.
Branson location:
2750 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, BransonPartner: Branson Humane Society
Berryville location:
500 W. Trimble Avenue, Berryville, AR Partner: Good Shepherd Humane Society
“We’re so excited to partner with two incredible organizations,” said Heather Wilson, who recently purchased Brashears Furniture with her husband, Chad Wilson. “Whether someone adopts a pet or simply stops by to show their support, it’s a meaningful way to give back—and build a home full of love.”
The cause is especially close to the Wilson family’s heart. Their beloved dog Bella, a rescue herself, has become the face of Brashears’ “Bella’s Picks” discounts—a playful nod to her lasting impact on their lives and the community.
“This is a meaningful event for us,” added their son, Brett Wilson. “Bella came into our lives and changed our hearts. We love that she continues to be part of our brand and gets to help promote causes like this year-round.”
The event is free and open to the public. No purchase is necessary to attend. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early, meet adoptable pets, and enjoy this heartwarming community event.
