Branson welcomes law enforcement officers this week

Each year, Branson dedicates a week to the men and women who serve our nation in the field of law enforcement. National Law Enforcement Week is a time to recognize and pay tribute to America's Hometown Heroes. Branson does that by providing a variety of events and shows to honor active duty and retired law enforcement officers right here in the Live Music Show Capital of the World.

Branson has a mission to become the nation's leader in law enforcement recognition, and this, the 13th National Law Enforcement Week, June 13 - 21, offers something for everyone. As law enforcement officers and their families began arriving in town on Sunday, it was clear to see that this year's event would be bigger and better than ever, as officers, employees and family members from around the state, the Midwest and various parts of the nation made the trek to Branson.

The first day of National Law Enforcement Week coincided with Flag Day, and many officers and their families enjoyed attending Branson's Flag Day Parade. Early in the week, law enforcement families enjoyed a special day at Silver Dollar City, and many headed to the golf course for the annual Law on the Links Golf Tournament.

Still to come this week are the National Law Enforcement Week Light Parade at the Branson Landing on Thursday evening, the 2026 Police Collectors' Show on Friday and Saturday at the Branson Convention Center, and a special dinner cruise for law enforcement officers and their families aboard the Silver Dollar City Showboat. Fritz's Adventure and White Water are also offering a complimentary one-day admission to law enforcement officers, with special offers for their dependents any day of National Law Enforcement Week.

Many other shows, including Comedy Jamboree, Ozarks Gospel, Clay Cooper Country Express, Pets and Giggles, The Duttons, Rock ‘n Roll Sunrise, Spirit of America, Presleys’ Country Jubilee, Hot Rods and High Heels, Dean Z The Ultimate Elvis, SIX, Beach Boys California Dreamin' and Classic Rock Icons have offered free admission to law enforcement officers and employees this week.  

Special offers for the remainder of the week are Simon & Garfunkel Tribute Show at 10 a.m. on Friday at the Hamners' Theatre, British Invasion at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Showroom at the Branson Meadows Mall, Dolly Parton's Stampede on Saturday at 3 p.m., and Nashville Roadhouse Live on Saturday at 8 p.m., as well as the Garth Brooks Tribute Show at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Showroom at the Branson Meadows Mall.

Many restaurants are offering special discounts to law enforcement officers in honor of National Law Enforcement Week. Those include Mezcal Mexican Restaurant, Gettin' Basted, Side Chick, Mythical 'Wich, Downing Street Pour House, Starvin' Marvin’s, Scooters Sports Grill, Joe's Crab Shack, Bricktown Brewery, Longhorn Steakhouse, Heroes Tastes and Taps, and Famous Dave's.

National Law Enforcement Week is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Any proceeds raised are used to support the men and women in law enforcement.
