Branson Bank announces promotion of Jon Arnold to SVP

Branson Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Arnold to Senior Vice President - Credit Administration and Risk Management. Arnold oversees the Credit and Loan Operations Departments and is involved in Enterprise Risk Management, Interest Rate Risk Modeling (IRRM), and Vendor Management. He also contributes to the bank’s Asset/Liability Committee, supports regulatory exams and loan related audits, and serves as Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors.

“Jon continues to grow professionally and has emerged as a key leader within our organization,” said Bill Jones, CEO. “He is known for his diligence, strong work ethic and ability to solve complex challenges. While these attributes are invaluable, it is his example of modeling and upholding values that I am most proud of.”
Arnold received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from College of the Ozarks, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After graduation, he joined Branson Bank and served in various roles within the loan/credit department and operations/accounting departments. While employed at Branson Bank, he took advantage of the bank’s college reimbursement program and earned a master’s degree in business administration from John Brown University and is a Sigma Beta Delta Inductee. Additionally, Jon completed The Bond Academy through Stifel, Asset/Liability Management School through the Baker Group, and most recently, the Graduate School of Banking through the University of Colorado (Class of 2026).
Community involvement is important to Jon. He is a Branson Lakes Area Leadership Academy Graduate and attends chamber activities. He currently serves as a board member for the Branson R-IV Education Foundation and supports Convoy of Hope, Options Pregnancy, Elevate Branson and Wounded Warriors.
