17 Dogwood Canyon: OWL PROWL, 5-8:30 p.m. The evening will begin with a live owl encounter followed by an owl pellet dissection. We will then start our outdoor adventure with hotdogs and s’mores over the fire before beginning the journey into the park to call and listen for real owls! 2038 State Hwy 86, Lampe. Rotary Club of Hollister and Taney County Ambulance are partnering to save lives and invite you to invest one hour from 9-10 a.m. Taney County Ambulance District, 106 Industrial Park Drive, Hollister. Park at the rear of the building, enter through rear door marked education. Hands-only CPR can buy precious time to save a life until trained medical personnel arrive. About 40 people each hour have a cardiac arrest while not in the hospital (350,000 people a year); nine out of ten of those individuals will not survive.
