The spirit of giving will fill the FBC Branson Life Center Gym on Saturday, December 6, as the community gathers for the 16th Annual Christmas BASH. This beloved holiday tradition combines festive fun with generous support for local families.
The free event, running from 10 a.m. to noon, promises a morning of Christmas magic for children and families throughout the Branson area. No pre-registration is required, and all activities are free while supplies last.
"It's really just one big Christmas party," Terry Brown, associate pastor, describes the atmosphere that has made this event a fixture on Branson's holiday calendar for the past 16 years.
Children attending the BASH will find plenty to keep them entertained, from colorful inflatables and face painting to interactive games offering prizes and balloon animal artist Ronzo creating festive designs. One of the highlights is sure to be photo opportunities with the Chick-fil-A Santa Cow, adding a whimsical twist to traditional holiday snapshots.
The excitement reaches its peak with a drawing to give away 45 children's bikes, complete with safety helmets, to dozens of local kids for an unforgettable Christmas surprise. Every child will also receive a bag of candy to sweeten their holiday season.
Beyond the entertainment, the Christmas BASH provides practical support to families in need. On their way out, attendees can pick up a box of groceries, ensuring the holiday spirit extends from the gym to the family dinner table.
The event is sponsored and hosted by FBC Branson Church in partnership with the Christian Action Ministry (CAM Food Pantry), continuing their commitment to serving the Branson community during the holiday season.
Families interested in attending can show up at the FBC Branson Life Center Gym on December 6 at FBC Branson Life Center, 400 S. Sunshine, Branson. For more information, contact FBC Branson Church or the Christian Action Ministry. The church’s website is fbcbranson.com
