The owners of AJ's One Stop, located on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, will soon be adding a food truck to their operation, The fully equipped food truck will offer a variety of fresh, hot food items for the early morning crowd, the lunch rush and for late-night snackers.   Food truck operators plan to serve freshly cooked hot meals and snacks as well as fresh ice cream and frozen custard.   Before finalizing their menu, AJ's One Stop is asking the community for their inpu
