Your chance to be an extra in feature film

The Historic Owen Theater is the site of a casting call for a holiday feature film, and it is your opportunity to try your hand at acting.

"A Country Kind of Christmas" will be filming at the Historic Owen Theatre in downtown Branson and you are offered a special chance to be an extra in the movie, to watch a professional film crew at work and even meet the actors. 

The casting call is set for the afternoon of Tuesday, May 19, and the event will take approximately six hours.

Dress in your best holiday attire — ugly sweaters, Christmas dresses, festive wear —  anything that expresses the joy of the holiday season.
