Who should be honored at the 2025 Black Tie Gala?

The Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and CVB is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Black Tie Awards. These awards recognize six outstanding community members who have enriched the lives of others and advanced Branson’s mission of creating unforgettable experiences for visitors.

For the fifth consecutive year, the awards are proudly sponsored by Ozark Mountain Legacy, the Silver Dollar City Foundation and Myer Hotels. The winners will be honored at the annual Black Tie Gala on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Branson Convention Center.

“We are fortunate to have so many remarkable people in the Branson/Lakes Area who deserve recognition,” says Grant Sloan, Senior Vice President of the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber and CVB. “The Black Tie Gala is more than an event. It is a night dedicated to celebrating the very best of our community. These awards give us the chance to shine a spotlight on those whose impact often goes unsung.”

The Chamber and CVB has streamlined the nomination process, making it fully digital and accessible at BransonChamber.com. The six award categories are Mary, Pioneer, Ambassador, Beautification, Community Spirit and Care for Kids. Full award descriptions and a list of recent honorees are available on the website.

“Our region is built on service, hospitality and vision,” says John Baltes, Chairman of Ozark Mountain Legacy. “Each year, these awards remind us of the neighbors and leaders who embody those values and inspire us all. We are proud to partner in recognizing them.”

“The Black Tie Awards are one of the most meaningful traditions in our community,” says Pam Yancey, President and CEO of the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber and CVB. “They are about celebrating people who make a lasting difference in the lives of others. We look forward to gathering with the community to honor their stories and their contributions.”

Nominations are open until Friday, October 31, 2025, and can be submitted through BransonChamber.com.
