Little Heroes Park is excited to welcome the 2026 season! This faith-based outdoor sports park is a great place for kids and their families to play, learn and grow together, sharing experiences and scriptures together.
Updates for 2026 include paved parking as well as the expansion of the court areas for basketball, soccer and pickleball; and a new Fundamentals of Sports class on Friday afternoons from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This class is a special time for kids and families to learn the basics of archery, basketball, baseball, fishing, soccer and kickboxing in a fun, encouraging, beginner-friendly setting—perfect for the child wanting to try a new sport for the first time or still needing a little more practice on the basics.
The last Friday of each month is a special night of worship, with April 24 featuring missionaries from Italy—and Italian food!
Little Heroes Park is located at 108 Little Heroes Circle, Walnut Shade—just north of the big Cross and visible from U.S. Hwy. 65 north of Branson. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Daily fee is $10, and a season pass just $25 to enjoy all nine sports stations along with walking trails and plenty of places to just relax. A $5 donation is requested for special events and the Friday Fundamentals classes. Proceeds from the park go toward the ministries of Christian nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and internationally, including some that help facilitate sports programs for underprivileged children in other countries.
The sports stations currently include fishing, soccer, basketball, roping, football, hunting, martial arts, baseball and golf, with each station featuring an encouraging scripture verse and life truth. Stations were designed with input from familiar professionals in each sport, some of whom are frequent guests or help with special events at the park.
