Timothy and Hosanna Noble to highlight ‘An American Christmas’

Looking for a fun evening with plenty of nostalgia and beautiful music? There’s still time to enjoy “An American Christmas” at Freedom Encounter Theater, with performance dates through December 20.

An American Christmas is a two-hour concert featuring Timothy and Hosanna Noble. This amazing couple will take audiences on a journey through America’s favorite Christmas songs, with a few extra surprises! Along with Timothy’s powerful vocal arrangements and mastery of the piano, his wife Hosanna is a gifted violinist and vocalist as well.

Dino Kartsonakis recently shared his memories of meeting Timothy years ago at the National Quartet Convention, where a then-six-year-old, dressed in a suit and sitting near the front, caught his eye. Noting the boy’s obvious enthusiasm for piano music, Dino asked if he played the piano and invited him up for a tune, where Timothy amazed the audience with his expertise at such a young age. The rest, as they say, is history. The relationship continued at performances and music conventions over the years, and in 2019, Timothy and his recent bride, Hosanna, joined Dino for a holiday appearance at The Shepherd of the Hills, setting the stage for additional Branson appearances and this year’s engagement at Freedom Encounter.

In an example of God’s amazing provision, the Christmas performances will be on a grand piano recently gifted to Timothy. Both he and the Freedom Encounter team had been praying for a nice piano for the Christmas show, since the theater had not yet been able to acquire one; and Timothy had shared that need with friends in Houston, Texas, where he and Hosanna were performing some fall shows. Just a short time later, those friends called to say they had found a beautiful piano that was ready for a new home, and they wanted to provide it for Timothy!

Following the performances of An American Christmas, the piano will travel with Timothy and Hosanna to their Ohio home and will then be available for other performances. As many Branson area musicians will attest, a good grand piano takes music to the next level, especially classical stylings of sacred and Christmas music! The Nobles and the Freedom Encounter team are thankful, and eager to share the enjoyment!
