Branson entertainers and their fans are gearing up for the Terry Awards, set for September 28.
The Terry Awards, which originated in founder Terry Beene's home state of Texas, is now in its 47th year. The awards show relocated to Branson a few years back and now honors vocalists, musicians and entertainers in a variety of categories each year in Branson's biggest awards event.
This year's show features performances by Shane Van Camp, Brice Beene, Chuck Cusimano, Ashley Dawn, Johnathon Bond, Allen Asbury and more. Those in attendance will also enjoy a special appearance by the Shepherd's Heart Children's Choir.
Pre-show entertainment will be provided by Branson favorite Matt Gumm and Company, and hosts for the afternoon production are Barbara Fairchild and Jamie Haage.
Branson's biggest awards show, the Terry Awards, will be held on Sunday, September 28 at 2 p.m. at the Hughes Brothers Theatre on 76 Country Boulevard.
