Branson welcomes a new celebration to the historic downtown area this weekend. The new Spring Fling: Blooming with Heritage Festival is set for Friday and Saturday.
Spring Fling will serve as the kickoff to tourism season and a celebration of the upcoming 250th birthday of America. Branson's Spring Fling promises to be filled with family fun and patriotic spirit.
Those attending this weekend's Spring Fling will enjoy a variety of live entertainment, including strolling musicians and performers, and fun activities such as balloon artists, face-painting booths and selfie stations.
A highlight of the Blooming with Heritage event will be historical reenactments of Abraham Lincoln, Betsy Ross, Donald Trump and Uncle Sam, among others. Festive decor, including red, white and blue displays and balloon arches will also be found throughout the downtown area. Many downtown businesses will take part in the Spring Fling celebration with their own festive displays and special offers.
Celebrate with your friends and family this weekend, Friday and Saturday, May 15 and 16, at the Spring Fling: Blooming with Heritage Festival in Historic Downtown Branson.
