Sleds come to town for 19th annual show

Custom and classic vehicles lined the parking lot of Willow Tree Inn and RV Park on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway over the weekend when the Sleds Midwest Car Show came to town,

The annual Sleds Midwest Car Sow featured dozens of cars on display, as well as vendors, contests and lots of fun. Car owners participated in a flame throwing contest, shared a delicious Friday night feast, and enjoyed a movie night, music, door prizes and more. A daily show and shine was held each day of the event.

One of the highlights of the weekend was the Dam Cruise, where car owners cruised down Highway 165 to the Table Rock Dam.

Vehicles on display were judged on a variety of criteria, by automotive professionals and celebrity judges, and prizes were awarded on the Sunday morning of the show.

The 19th Annual Sleds Midwest Car Show featured pre1980 vehicles— custom cars, hot rods, trucks and motorcycles.
