Reader’s Corner: Fun children’s events coming at KAL

Looking for some fun Christmas-themed activities for the kids? Check out Kimberling Area Library for great December programs: 

• Monday, December 8, Storytime with Santa and Mrs. Claus 

• Monday, December 22, Holiday Sing-Along Storytime 

The fun doesn’t stop after Christmas, though! January and February Storytimes will include community and seasonal topics: 

• Monday, January 12, 2026, Storytime with Table Rock Community Bank 

• Monday, January 26, Super Bowl Storytime 

• Monday, February 9, “Love My Library,” A Valentine special event in partnership with “Take Your Child to the Library Day.” 

• Monday, February 23, “Let It Snow” Storytime 

All of the above events will happen at the Library, 45 Kimberling Blvd. in Kimberling City, and will begin at 10 a.m. In addition to the morning events, Kimberling Area Library will also host a monthly Lego Club on the first Tuesday of each month at 4:15 p.m., starting on Tuesday, December 2.
