Popular voice actress appeared in Branson

A veteran voice actress with ties to Branson's Truth Traveler visited the attraction recently for a special event.

Truth Traveler presented The Katie Leigh Experience, where registered visitors were able to meet Leigh and learn more about her and her work,

Leigh is best known for her voice work as Connie Kendall in Adventures in Odyssey, as well as numerous other characters for Disney, Universal and other platforms.

Leigh also serves as the voice of P.O.D. the beloved mascot of Truth Traveler.

Fans were able to meet Katie Leigh in person and learn more about her fascinating career during a Meet and Greet and Question and Answer session during the June event.

In addition to her work on the popular Focus on the Family popular radio program Adventures in Odyssey, Leigh has had numerous voice roles in film, television and even video games. You may have heard her voice on Babe: Pig in the City, My Little Pony: The Movie, Gallavants, The Adventure of the Raggedy Ann and Andy, Aladdin, Darkwing Duck, Doc McStuffins, Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears, Jim Henson's Muppet Babies, Pound Puppies, Richie Rich, Rugrats, The Smurfs or countless other productions, and more than a dozen video games. She has also created voices for games, toys, apps, ads, e-learning and more,  

Her work as Connie Kendall in Adventures of Odyssey had placed her in the world's longest running international radio drama.

In addition to voice work, Leigh travels the country, telling people about her intriguing career. Upcoming appearances for Leigh include Com-Quest Comic Con in Waterloo, Iowa, and the Voyage of Voices Cruise, a five-night Caribbean Cruise aboard Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas.
