Fishing fun for kids on Sunday

An exciting event for kids is set for this weekend.

The Youth Fishing Derby will be held on Sunday, May 4, at Eiserman Park, adjacent to the Community Center in Branson.

Registration is 12:30 p.m. for children ages three - seven and 1:30 p.m. for ages eight through 14. Registration is held the day of the event at the Eiserman Park Pavilion. Registration is limited to 75 participants.

Each age group will fish separately. Fish will be weighed and prizes given in each group. 

The tournament is hosted by the Branson Daybreakers Rotary Club. Admission is just $2 per child. For more information, call 417-335-2368.
