Doggie Swim to be held Labor Day

One of the year's most anticipated events for both pets and their parents is the annual Doggie Swim.

Slated for Labor Day, the end-of-the-season event is a fun-filled evening for dogs and their handlers. For a nominal fee, dogs are invited to swim laps, jump off the diving board, play fetch in the shallow end or dog paddle around the pool.

The Doggie Swim is set for Monday, September 1, Labor Day, 6:30 to 8 p.m., at Branson's AquaPlex, located at the RecPlex.

Each dog must have a handler and must remain on a least when on the pool deck.

Admission is just $6 for one dog and one handler. Register online at bransonmo.gov or in person on the day of the event.
