The Creation Experience Museum staff and volunteers invite area residents and visitors to join them on Monday, January 12, for “Sphere It Is,” taught by Dan Reiter. A scholar who has served as a Creation Experience Museum tour guide since 2023, Reiter will address the Flat Earth Theory and use his experience in fossil research and specimen preservation, along with other research-based evidence, to make a compelling case against it. The class will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Life Christian Center, 2193 St. Hwy. F, Branson.
During the Christmas holiday season, many people likely did not pause to think about how relevant Genesis and the biblical story of creation are to Christmas, but while the accounts may seem unrelated, both are written as literal historical narrative. Creationist scholars understand the connections between the Old Testament and New Testament an important issue as they point to the birth of Christ; and seeing those connections is crucial to preventing rejection of belief in the Gospel and providing a foundation for faith and Christian doctrine, especially among youth. The Creation Experience Museum is proud to play a role in providing valuable education and a fun hands-on experience in reinforcing biblical truth.
The public is invited to join this class, but please keep in mind that childcare will not be provided. If they would like, attendees may bring a snack to share for refreshments and fellowship following the class.
