CORE seeks donations for fundraiser

Branson's Communities of Recovery Experience (CORE) is preparing for their biggest fundraiser of the year. CORE is hosting their annual golf tournament and live and silent auction on May 14.

CORE is one of the area's leading providers of long-term recovery services in the region. With residential programs in both Branson and Springfield, CORE makes it their goal to give clients what they need—education, structure and time—to recover and to build lives free from addiction to drugs and alcohol.

All of the money raised in their fundraising event goes to provide services needed to help CORE's approximately 200 clients recover from substance abuse in a helpful and supportive environment.

CORE is currently seeking donations for their live and silent auction, and they are asking the community—businesses and individuals—for their help. Examples of donations include gift baskets, gift certificates, show tickets, golf outings, hotel room nights, home decor items, jewelry, furniture, antiques, collectibles and more.

To donate to the auction or to find out about one of CORE's many sponsorship opportunities for the auction or the golf tournament, contact Tami at 417-231-6969.

CORE's fundraising auction is set for Thursday, May 14, 5:30 p.m. at the CORE Campus, 280 State Highway T in Branson.
