Bucky Heard performs at Las Vegas stadium

Former Branson entertainer Bucky Heard was recently chosen to sing in front of a very large audience.

The popular vocalist who was selected by music legend Bill Medley to perform as one half of The Righteous Brothers, presented the National Anthem during the recent football game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Las Vegas Raiders.

The game was played at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Heard, a fixture in Branson before taking on the role with Medley, shared the stage with Andy Williams, Glen Campbell, Tony Orlando, the Beach Boys and the Temptations, among others. Locally, he is fondly remembered for his performances as one of the Blues Brothers at Legends in Concert.
