Blessing of the Backpacks this Sunday

The First Presbyterian Church of Branson invites all students, teachers and school staff to attend this Sunday morning's service for a special event.

The Blessing of the Backpacks will take place on Sunday, August 23, during the 10:30 a.m. service.  

The Blessing of the Backpacks is a special back-to-school tradition at First Presbyterian Church Branson, where items used during the school year are blessed to symbolize guidance, peace and protection for students as they begin a new school year. 

Students of all ages, teachers, homeschool parents, school counselors, administrators and other school staff are invited to participate in this special blessing.  

Simply bring your backpack, briefcase or tote bag, and attend the 10:30 a.m. worship service on Sunday, August 23.
