Big Cedar Lodge debuts Top of the Rock Putting Green and Putting Course


Big Cedar Lodge, America’s most patriotic resort, is excited to announce the latest addition to its world-class golf resort with Top of the Rock Putting Green and Putting Coursea 2-acre green and 9-hole putting course designed by father-son duo, Johnny and J.P. Morris. The new putting green and putting course is set against stunning views of Table Rock Lake and the Cathedral of Nature at 150 Top of the Rock Road, Ridgedale.

 

The putting course features real bent grass greens, the premium standard creating a glass-smooth playing surface, creating a one-of-a-kind experience in the Ozarks. The putting green features rolling hills and slopes to challenge putting accuracy, preparing golfers to take on Top of the Rock, the popular 9-hole par-3 course designed by history’s greatest golfer and accomplished designer, Jack Nicklaus.

 

Golfers playing Top of the Rock are eligible to play Top of the Rock Putting Green and Putting Course for free. Guests visiting and dining at any of the Top of the Rock dining venues can pay $10 to play, including a rental putter and custom-branded golf ball.

 

Top of the Rock putting green and putting course officially opened to the public on July 4, 2026.

 

The addition of Top of the Rock Putting Green and Putting Course furthers Johnny and J.P. Morris’ goal of creating top-tier golf experiences that combine nature and adventure. It is the latest addition to Big Cedar’s golf since the opening of the acclaimed and stunning Cliffhangers, an 18-hole par-3 golf adventure course designed by Johnny and J.P., which debuted on July 4, 2025.
