KCOZ is the official broadcasting station for College of the Ozarks, playing the best in indie and alternative Christian music around the clock.

The award recognizes sustained support of the reserve components of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Forbes magazine awarded College of the Ozarks an “A+” financial grade in its recently released 2026 College Financial Grades ranking. Along with these rankings, College of the Ozarks also earned an overall “A” rating because of its strong performance across key measures such as academic quality, campus environment, and overall value.

The program is one of several initiatives connected to the College’s America 250 efforts, which seek to inspire a renewed appreciation for the principles, freedoms and responsibilities of American citizenship as the nation approaches its semi quincentennial celebration.

As part of this year’s events and as an extraordinary addition to the campus, College of the Ozarks has announced plans to build a POW/MIA Memorial as the newest addition to Patriots Park.

College of the Ozarks in nearby Point Lookout celebrated their 2026 commencement ceremony on Saturday, when more than 350 students received their diplomas, witnessed by family and friends. It was the 119th Commencement held at College of the Ozarks, a four-year college that focuses not only on academics, but also on vocation, patriotism, culture and Christian values.
