U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds headline Branson Wings of Pride Air Show as A-10 Thunderbolt IIs join Labor Day weekend lineup

The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will headline the 2026 Branson Wings of Pride Air Show presented by CoxHealth this Labor Day Weekend, bringing their signature precision, power and six-ship F-16 demonstration to the skies over Branson September 5–7.

Organizers announced another exciting addition to an already packed lineup: two A-10 Thunderbolt IIs from Whiteman Air Force Base and the Wall of Fire performed locally by Firework Greg and Explosive Contractors.

One A-10 is scheduled to take to the skies during the air show, while a second will be featured among the ground displays, giving guests the opportunity to see the iconic aircraft up close and interact with its pilot.

Adding to the intensity, the Wall of Fire performed locally by Firework Greg and Explosive Contractors will bring an incredible burst of fire to the flight line as the A-10 flies overhead, creating what is expected to be one of the most memorable moments of the show.

The newly announced A-10s add to an impressive military lineup that includes the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team and U.S. Air Force C-17 Demonstration Team.

From military power to world-class aerobatics, this is going to be a very special Labor Day Weekend in Branson.”

More than five hours of flying entertainment

The military demonstrations are just part of a full day of aviation entertainment planned each day. The 2026 civilian performer lineup includes:

• Erik Edgren – T-Clips Precision Aerobatic & Comedy Performer

From the unmistakable roar of military jets to precision aerobatics, parachute demonstrations and unique specialty acts, guests can expect approximately five hours of flying entertainment each day, along with aircraft displays and family-friendly activities on the ground.

A patriotic Labor Day weekend in Branson

This year's event takes on special significance as the nation celebrates America's 250th anniversary. Set in one of the country's most patriotic destinations, the Branson Wings of Pride Air Show (presented by CoxHealth) will celebrate freedom, service, military heritage and the future of aviation throughout Labor Day Weekend. The show takes place Saturday, September 5; Sunday, September 6; and Labor Day Monday, September 7, at the Branson Airport, 4000 Branson Airport Blvd., Hollister, giving families three opportunities to experience the Thunderbirds and the complete air show lineup.
