The Vintage Nanny brings new life to Historic Main Street

Crane’s historic Main Street has welcomed a new place for antique lovers, collectors and anyone who enjoys finding something special. The Vintage Nanny, owned by Angie Youngblood, recently opened its doors and is bringing a unique shopping experience to the community.

The shop features a variety of vintage and antique items, with Youngblood regularly searching for new treasures to add to her inventory. Since opening, The Vintage Nanny has already welcomed visitors from Crane and beyond, giving Youngblood the opportunity to meet new customers and introduce them to her “little shop.”

The store’s opening came just in time for the Crane 75th Annual Broiler Festival, when visitors filled Main Street to celebrate one of the community’s favorite traditions. Youngblood said she was grateful to everyone who took time during the festival to stop in, look around and support her new business.

The Vintage Nanny is also looking forward to being part of Crane’s upcoming fall events.

On Friday, September 18, Creekside Market will return to Main Street, bringing vendors and shoppers to the downtown area. The Vintage Nanny will offer extended hours that day, remaining open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The following day, Saturday, September 19, will mark the Main Street Fall Open House and the official grand opening of The Vintage Nanny. Youngblood plans to celebrate from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with snacks, refreshments, giveaways and special sales.

Youngblood recently celebrated another milestone as The Vintage Nanny’s social media page reached 500 followers. She also plans to restock the shop in the coming weeks, adding new finds and treasures to the store’s collection.

With its vintage charm and growing selection, The Vintage Nanny is becoming another reason to stroll down Crane’s historic Main Street. Youngblood invites both new and familiar faces to stop by, explore the shop and celebrate its grand opening on September 19.
