Comfort Inn & Suites Branson Meadows earns Property of Excellence Award for second consecutive year

The Comfort Inn & Suites Branson Meadows has received the Choice Hotels Owners Council’s Property of Excellence Award for the second consecutive year. The award was presented during the recent Choice Hotels convention in Las Vegas.

The Property of Excellence Award recognizes outstanding hotels within the Choice Hotels system. To qualify, properties must rank among the top 3% of their respective brands. From those qualifying hotels, five finalists are selected nationwide based on guest satisfaction, Choice Privileges recognition, adherence to brand standards, team member engagement and other performance measures.

Finalist properties are evaluated in four key areas: human resources, community involvement, operational excellence and initiative. Members of the awards committee visit each property, meet with ownership and management, and learn more about the team’s accomplishments and the qualities that distinguish the hotel within its brand. Following the visits, the committee selects the award recipient.

The Comfort Inn & Suites Branson Meadows has established a long history of recognition within the Comfort brand. The hotel has received the Ring of Honor Award at least nine times for ranking among the top 1% of Comfort properties. It has also received the Hotel of the Year Award six times and the Platinum Award 14 times for ranking among the top 3%.
