Branson Public Schools is proud to announce that three of its schools have been recognized in the 2026 Best of Southwest Missouri awards.
The district received the following honors:
● Cedar Ridge Intermediate: Silver, Best Intermediate School

The annual Best of Southwest Missouri program celebrates excellence across a wide range of categories, including education, agriculture, banking, customer service and more. This year, more than 3,975 businesses, people and organizations from 16 Southwest Missouri counties were nominated.
“We are honored to see our schools recognized by the community we serve,” said Superintendent Dr. Nate Moore. “These awards reflect the dedication of our teachers, staff, students and families who work together every day to create exceptional learning experiences.”
Community members cast more than 200,000 votes during the annual contest. The district was recognized during the Best of Southwest Missouri Gala, held on June 19 in Springfield.
