Hands-only CPR can buy precious time to save a life until trained medical personnel arrive. About 40 people each hour have a cardiac arrest while not in the hospital (350,000 people a year), and nine out of ten of those individuals will not survive.    Class will be held Wednesday, April 29, beginning at 9 a.m., at the Taney County Ambul
