Every day, our Soldiers pay the price of war and do their duty. And what a price it is, a price not only in lives lost but bodies, lives and families maimed forever, both physically and mentally.

There are basically two opportunities for eligible commenters to comment or speak during the meeting. The first is to comment on items not on the Regular Agenda for the meeting during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. The second is to speak during the discussion of a Regular Agenda item when it comes up for consideration.

It was noted that the city’s new financial software will allow for even more precise tracking in the future by distinguishing between the month a business collected a tax and the date the business actually pays the proceeds to the city.
