With concern for the public’s safety and health, Taneyhills Library, 200 S 4th Street in Branson, has developed new services to meet the needs of the community.
Curbside service - library members will be able to place items on hold using the online library catalog. Or call if that is more convenient. The library staff will pull the items, check them out and notify you when they are available for pickup. Call 417-334-1418 when you arrive at the library’s new entrance on Fourth Street. The materials will be brought to you.
Renewals – use our online library catalog to renew items. Renewals may be requested by phone or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Log into the online catalog using your library card number and your last name with the first letter capitalized. We will contact members as items become due if you are unable to use the online tool.
Card/membership renewals by phone will be accepted. For card/membership renewal call 417-334-1418 during business hours, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. We will ask for credit card information.
New memberships – to accommodate new members, we will create a Guest Account until identification can be verified with a driver’s license or picture ID. Access to e-services will be granted when payment is made by credit card. Call 417-334-1418 to enroll.
