What color best represents spring?

JENNIFER KIND REISCH:
“I’m from northern Wisconsin, the color of spring is still white. Spring here, the color is a beautiful light green and has a mixture of light browns because of deer on the move and the occasional black bear.”

EDI MUTTILLO:
“The color of spring, there are so many. The shades of green can't be duplicated with paint, markers, crayons or any other medium. I don't know whether the blooms of bulb flowers accent the greens, or vise versa.”

DESTA PRITCHETT:
“Spring is YELLOW! Sunshine, flowers, birds singing. Spring is happiness and newness, a new chapter, new life, God smiling down.”

PAMELA HATCH:
“Spring to me is new life. It smells like newly mowed grass and the color is yellow, like the sunshine.”

LEAH PINGLETON:
“I'd say green. Spring is the season of rebirth and new life. The green sprigs that burst forth indicate the cycle has begun anew, and that life always endures the darkness of winter.”
