Legends in Concert suspended nationally
Updated: Mar 25, 2020
In light of the rapid escalation of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), and following the direction of the World Health Organization (WHO), federal/state/local governmental authorities, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), On Stage Enterprises announces today the immediate suspension of Legends in Concert performances in the following locations:
· Myrtle Beach, SC
· Branson, MO
· Foley, AL
· Las Vegas, NV
· Norwegian Cruise Line
From the start of this crisis, we have done everything possible to create a safe environment for our employees, partners and guests. We hoped to operate normally and provide a much-needed respite from the current climate. But at this point, as the Coronavirus pandemic advances at an alarming rate, we must take a pause in order to safeguard the health and welfare of our casts, crews and guests. Unfortunately, the cessation of performances is impacting our liquidity and we are devoting our resources to addressing the payroll obligations owed to our employees. As a consequence, we are not in a position to make payments to our (vendors)(landlords)(partners) at this time.
Our goal is to re-open as soon as possible. As we develop a plan for re-launching, we’ll keep you informed. We intend to resume payment once the suspension of our productions is lifted, operations are recovered and we once again have cash flow and liquidity. Once open, we will immediately reach out to you to arrange a payment plan.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented and very challenging period.
