With a desire to uplift our Ozarks community during these trying times, Gray Media (KY3, KSPR and The CW) and the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and Branson/Lakes Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) have partnered to produce ‘Blessings from Branson,’ airing this weekend, Saturday, May 2 at 6:30 p.m. on The CW, (Ky3.com/cw).
Branson entertainers The Hughes Brothers, Kari Garrison, The Petersens, Jamie Haage, Cassandre and Tim Haygood, Clay Cooper, Billy Yates and Megan Mabe will present a musical program of cherished hymns and patriotic songs.
“Many Branson stars have been posting videos to entertain their fans, so the opportunity to put together a TV show was discussed,” said Rachel Wood, chief marketing officer for the Branson Chamber/CVB. “Plans are now being made for a second ‘Blessings from Branson’ show later in May.”
Such traditional favorites as ‘How Great Thou Art,’ ‘Amazing Grace’ and ‘The Old Rugged Cross’ will highlight the program. The thoughts and prayers from these talented entertainers on ‘Blessings from Branson’ will fill your heart and bless your family during this difficult time.
