Beginning bow hunting class available
Deer hunters who hunt by bow get the more opportunity and time in the woods than firearms users. MDC is offering a free online Beginning Bowhunting class, Tuesday, Aug. 4 from 6-7 p.m. It will be followed by an interactive Q&A session. Beginning Bowhunting is a free program open to ages 11 and up, but online pre-registration is required at https://short.mdc.mo.gov/ZXg. An e-mail will be sent out to all registered participants prior to the program with the link to join in virtually. (Courtesy Missouri Dept. of Conservation. MDC Staff Photo)
